How do we contact you?

Who designs and screen prints your products?

We all do! All of our products are designed in our shop in Seattle, WA.

Where are you located? Do you have any retail outlets?

We are located in beautiful (and rainy sometimes) Seattle, WA, USA. All of our production is done in our 7,000sf shop located in Seattle's SODO neighborhood, just south of downtown. We sell our products online as well as at local markets and special events through out Seattle. Towne 9 can also be found in thousands of retailers across the US, Canada, Europe, Japan and the Middle East. 

I have a discount code, but it's not working at all. What's the deal?

Our discount codes are set up to work on full priced items only. Everyone once in a while, we will have an extra discount code for sale merchandise... but never for clearance items. Clearance items are usually in the $5-$9 price range. That's such a good deal, you don't really need another discount.  

I own, manage or buy for a retail store. Can I buy your items wholesale?

Heck yes you can! Please contact matt@chokeshirtco.com for more information about wholesale purchasing. You can check out our line sheets by clicking on our Wholesale page. 

How can I return my order?

Refunds and exchanges of unused/unworn items are accepted within 7 days after receiving your item. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us. Once we receive the item(s) we will refund your purchase through whatever payment method you originally used. Please not that shipping cost is not refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the original order qualified for FREE SHIPPING, your refund with be the total order amount minus the shipping cost. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal.

How secure is this store?

Very secure. All of your information is encrypted. No one at Towne 9 has access to your full credit card number once your transaction is processed. We never share any of your information without your consent.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

Credit card payments can now be processed directly through our website. There's no need to use a PayPal account unless you intend to complete your purchase through PayPal.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship Monday - Friday. Orders placed after normal business hours PST will be processed the next shipping day. Shipping is based on weight, upon checkout you will given multiple options to choose from, from standard shipping to express options. We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) as well as the United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders $60 and over ship free to the continental United States. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Once your item is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
